Returns and Refund Policy
1. No Returns Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products and logistical constraints, all sales are final.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us at hello@otherplane.co within 72 hours of receiving your order. Retain the product and packaging until we confirm if further action is needed. Include:
